\u2022 Brazil is one of six strategic territories for the Chilean documentary brand, Chiledoc, as it offers favorable conditions for the growth of the local sector, such as a strong audiovisual co-production agreement; protection quotas for television and film content; and a large audience with high levels of consumption of Brazilian streaming platforms, among others.<\/p>\n

\u2022 In August, Chiledoc participated in the country’s only documentary market, DocSP, and in September it was time to visit Brasil Cinemundi, held in Belo Horizonte, which serves as a platform for Brazilian film projects to seek international partners.<\/p>\n

For the third consecutive year, Chiledoc participated in markets and meetings for documentaries located in Brazil, the only Latin American target territory for the sector brand. At the beginning of August, the 11th edition of DocSP was held in Sao Paulo, attended by Diego Pino, deputy director of the brand, representing Chiledoc.<\/p>\n

Although there were no projects involving Chilean production companies at this edition of DocSP, the sector brand took part by showcasing opportunities for internationalization and co-production with Chile.<\/p>\n

He also participated in the Internationalization Seminar at the event, alongside Virginia Bogliolo, coordinator of Ventana Doc; Antonio Gon\u00e7alves Junior, co-founder and artistic director of Olhar de Cinema; and Luis Zaffaroni, executive director of DocSP.<\/p>\n
