Synopsis

Clara, a young writer from Asturias, follows in the footsteps of a fellow countryman, José Menéndez, who at the age of 14, poor and without family, emigrates to America, becoming the «King of Patagonia» at the end of the 19th century. In a journey of suspense and police investigation, where past and present dialogue, Clara unveils the dark secrets behind this success story, identifying the culprits of the genocide of the native peoples of Tierra del Fuego.
