Dysphoria Football Club portrays a community that finds in the game a way to keep resisting. Chris founded the first Chilean soccer team made up of trans and non-binary people. After years of leadership, exhaustion builds up and Chris decides to step away. As the team prepares for a championship in São Paulo, tensions arise and new generations come to transform the way sport and identity are lived.

Director
Inti Lorca is a film director whose documentary work focuses on his experiences within the trans community. His film debut, Disforia Fútbol Club, stems from his award-winning short film of the same name, which received recognition at FIDOCS 2022 and the 2021 Platino Awards. The film explores trans visibility and resistance through the lens of sports.
Producer
Nicolás Videla is a filmmaker and documentary film teacher. Directed the feature films Naomi Campbel (2013), The Devil’s Magnificent (2016), Travesti Odyssey (2021), and currently working on Madame Wittmann’s criminal record (2026). Also produces projects for other artists and filmmakers, such as the short films Océanos Víricos (2021) by Kevin Magne, María Tres Cocos (2025) by Carolina Cheuquepán, and the feature films Mordaz (2025) by Clio Dinamarca and Dysphoria Football Club (2026) by Inti Lorca.
