Synopsis

South of the earth, a handful of villagers cohabits with a cruel and overwhelming nature. Here, men, women and children, along with their dogs and cattle, survive loneliness, cold and the snow that threatens to cover everything.

  (Santiago 1988), he studied film at the University of Valparaiso, and lived in the port between 2007 and 2012. He emigrated to the Magallanes region in 2015, where he lived for 4 years. He also lived in the Atacama region in 2019, in the O’higgins region in 2020, and then returned to the far south, where he is making his first feature film projects. As a filmmaker, he has dabbled mainly in documentary directing and screenwriting. And has done various works in the area of Communications and Socio-Cultural Management, working in schools, foundations, populations and extreme rural areas.

  (Toulouse 1986), director, producer and screenwriter. He studied filmmaking at CIEVyC, Argentina, and screenwriting at ICEI, Chile, and at Gotham Writers Workshop, New York. He directs and produces the short films «Bahauddin» (Cyprus), and the fiction «The Living Abyss» (France), selected in international festivals. Film and tv producer; «Ausencia» by Claudio Marcone (2019), and the documentary series HAL08 – Momentos de Inspiración (13 C). His short film «El Cometa» wins best short film at IN-EDIT 2020. Screenwriter of «El Fin de la Distancia», Audiovisual Fund 2017 Screenplay, awarded in SANFIC LAB and SapCine FICCALI. He writes the thriller «La Noche del Senador», Script Fund 2020 and BoliviaLAB 2022. He is currently directing the documentary «He de Morir Cantando», and co-producing the projects «Al Sur del Invierno está la Nieve» by Sebastián Vidal, «Sincronía» by Caro Bloj.
