Synopsis

A young and skeptical anthropologist must investigate the existence of the mythological being Cuero in Coronel, a commune in southern Chile. In the place, he will have to deal with the Mapuche (original Chilean people) and a population that, convinced of the existence of the monster, will confront the young man with their own beliefs and principles.

  Francisco Ulloa has stood out in documentary filmmaking, electoral campaigns and public service. By profession an audiovisual communicator with a specialization in documentary at the EICTV in Cuba, he has produced and directed various works such as the documentary dedicated to the rescue of the history of the coal industry in the city of Coronel «Territorios» (2018), the Chilean-Cuban documentary short film «La isla del memoria» (2022) and the erotic short film «Penco es Amor» (2022). He is currently developing documentary works in the eighth region of Chile, France and Bolivia.
