Synopsis

Jovel, an elderly flower grower, is facing the news that his land will be taken away from him and this could be his last harvest year. His grandson, Paolo, comes to visit him after a long time and stays to work with him. Paolo understands the value of the legacy that will be lost and decides to film the time he will spend with his grandfather.

    Co-founder of Códice Studios, Paolo was the director and producer of the documentary From the River to the Depths of Words. He worked on creating advertising spots for the Natural History Museum of Valparaíso and the Sportlife gym. Additionally, he collaborated with the University of Viña del Mar on the Talento UVM programme for the Quintavisión channel. He also produced corporate videos for Trabajo Social UVM. As a production assistant at the Tercer Mundo production company, he participated in the series Pesquisa and Comunidad Tierra. He is a member of the ValpoXR Trade Association.

    Co-founder of Códice Studios, Gonzalo worked as a screenwriter and editor on the documentary From the River to the Depths of Words. He has written fiction short films and served as a script consultant, supporting students at the University of Viña del Mar. He also collaborated with the university as a sound technician for the 2024 Admissions Campaign and as an editor and post-producer for the Talento UVM programme on Quintavisión. Gonzalo created video segments with the Multimedia team of the National Congress Library and produced advertising spots for the Natural History Museum of Valparaíso and Sportlife. He also developed corporate videos for Trabajo Social UVM. Additionally, he is trained in Motion Capture and is a founding member and part of the Public Affairs Commission of the ValpoXR Trade Association.
