Synopsis

A research documentary on a printed newspaper that presents surprising repetitions detected in the days between 9 and 15 of September, during a time period going from 1541 to 2022. The repeats were found by means of a mathematical algorithm that revealed a transgenerational web present throughout Chilean history. Through interviews, the philosopher and writer Lucy Oporto, the historian Martín Poblete and the psychologist Mirentxu Busto, analyze the relevant historical milestones and how these have impacted or helped repair this country. The documentary elaborates on these issues in an artistic and allegorical language that enriches reality with poetry.

  He is currently post-producing the historical documentary «The Memory» that contemplates the creation of light interventions and a «Diary» that is in circulation in more than 50 bookstores. In parallel, he made the Bio series «The Birth of the Self» about the sculptor and poet Tótila Albert and the film essay «El Vuelo del Genio»(by the same artist).

She is currently working on her debut feature “Hilo y aguja para las femmes” and works as general producer of the newspaper and the documentary “The Memory”.
