Yareta Films, an audiovisual production company from the north of Chile, specialized in audiovisual productions for children, documentaries and video clips. It was born out of the desire to record audiovisual products with a regional seal and local identity for the world, with more than 8 years in the market. Yareta Films is directed by filmmaker Mixie Araya Soler. Among her works include the children’s animated series «Las Aventuras de Lía y Aurelio» (2016), the children’s animated series «Perrocuento» (2019) obtaining two international awards, Best series in Peru and Sesc Tv Award in Brazil. She is currently producing the feature documentary «Custodio el Tigre del Este» in co-production with La Maroma Producciones from Mexico; the docu-animation «El Canto de la Rana» and is about to release the short documentary «Mateo y la Ciudad».

Storyline:
Motivated and convinced that his dream is possible, Custodio, a young muleteer and self-taught musician from the Andes, decided to leave his small town to become a real artist and bring his music to Mexico. The objective and the desire to give a song of his authorship to the Tigres del Norte, the most important Mexican ranchera band in the world, will be the impulse and the excuse that will finally lead him to undertake this important trip.

Storyline:
A large animita (small shrine adorned with flowers reminiscent of tragic deaths in public places) was built in the middle of a ravine of debris in the desert, due to the tremendous shock caused by the alleged disappearance of a two years old child named Mateo, who was later found dead at the same place. Despite the fervor caused by the situation that led to hundreds of people to keep the place alive, today is forgotten like Mateo in Life.
