Founded in 2006 by Carola Fuentes and Rafael Valdeavellano, La Ventana Cine was created with the mission to “research, produce, and distribute stories with social impact.” We have more than 19 years of experience leading non-fiction audiovisual projects and a strong track record in content development for multiple platforms. Our multidisciplinary team—made up of top-level journalists, filmmakers, and engineers—has successfully implemented an internationalization strategy, building strategic alliances and co-productions with broadcasters such as BBC Scotland, ARTE (France/Germany), PBS and Univisión (United States), Al Jazeera (Qatar), CNN, Caracol TV and Señal Colombia, and RTVE (Spain). This experience allows us to offer a global perspective and flawless execution in audiovisual production.
