Synopsis

A documentary series that delves into the daily lives of 16 women who have devoted their lives to taking care of their homes and others. Through the observation of their household work, the series explores the term “homemaker”, revealing their dreams, fears, joys, frustrations, desires, and contradictions experienced within their homes, often unnoticed and in silence.

    «Night Vision» is her first feature film. She later premiered the short film «Learning to Build Houses, Sketch I» in Korea, and the documentary series «The Homemakers, portraits of work at home» on national television. She is currently in post-production on her second feature film «I Will Never Be a Cop» and is developing the fiction feature «Piñen», based on the novel of the same name by Daniela Catrileo. She is the editor of «Antitropical» by Camila José Donoso and teaches in the Film programs at the University of Chile, among other teaching activities.

    Chilean director and producer. Producer at Tres Tercios, a company focused on non-fiction series, children’s animation series, and fiction short films, where she has produced the short films «We will burn» and «So They Say», and the series «The Homemakers», «Yes we can», «The History of Chile According to Berni», among others. She is also a co-founder of Dos Be Producciones, a company where she directed her debut documentary «In the Shadow of the Light» (Sheffield Doc Fest 2023) and is producing the documentary in development «Safe Place», awarded at the SANFIC Santiago Lab and DocsMx. She began her career in the executive production field at Invercine & Wood, participating in series such as «Mary & Mike» (Warner), «Dignity» (Amazon), and «News of a Kidnapping» (Amazon).

    Producer

    Chilean director and producer, founder of the production company Tres Tercios. In 2018, he released «About the dead», his first feature film, and later directed and produced the documentary series «For reason and science» (2018) and «Handmade identity: Ñuble» (2023), as well as the short film «Everything Will Burn» (2024). He is currently producing the documentary «Asteroid 2518», the feature debut of Amanda Rutllant.
